The next club photo-shoot will be at Amberley. With many thanks to Kevin for the idea.
We will meet at 10:30 on Tuesday 20 June in the new car park - no toilet facilities, but there are at the tea room. [On School Road, between the school and the junction with New Barn/Turnpike Roads].
There is plenty to see around the village: thatched cottages; beautiful gardens; church; castle (currently restricted as it's being restored); access to Amberley Wildbrooks. The Amberley Pottery will be open and will welcome a few of us at a time to photograph their workshop and showroom.
A short drive away down the road is Amberley Museum.
The Amberley Tea Room have asked to be warned of our visit so they can be fully stocked with cakes and cream teas.
